The hardest thing about a gala dinner is the middle of it. Singers in Disguise solves exactly that — the entertainment is already in the room, working the floor, and nobody knows.
A waiter drops a tray. A police officer walks in asking who owns the car outside. Then one of them starts singing, and the room realises all at once what is actually happening. It is the single most reliable standing-ovation moment we have.
We work with your event producer, your venue and your catering manager directly, and we rehearse the reveal against your run of show so it lands on cue. We bring our own PA and lighting, and we can supply a tech rider and stage plot on request.

Corporate questions
Can you provide a certificate of insurance and a W-9?
Yes. We can supply a COI naming your venue as an additional insured, along with a W-9, on request.
Do you supply a tech rider and stage plot?
Yes. We will send a full tech rider and stage plot for your production team, and we will liaise with your AV supplier directly.
How does the surprise work with our venue and caterer?
We brief your venue, event producer and catering manager in advance — they are in on it, your guests are not. We rehearse the reveal against your run of show so it lands exactly on cue.
How many performers do we need for a gala?
Four to six is the sweet spot for a gala dinner. We will advise based on your room, your guest count and your run of show.
What does it cost?
It depends on the act, the number of performers, the date and the location. Send us the date and venue and we will come back with a straight price the same day.
