Katrina Murphy — Solo

Katrina performing solo — opera, operetta and musical theatre, from a wedding ceremony to a concert stage. A West End leading lady, a Royal College of Music soprano, and thirty years of doing this at the highest level.

Katrina played Christine in Cameron Mackintosh and Andrew Lloyd Webber's Phantom of the Opera in the West End. She played Carrie in Carousel at the Royal National Theatre and the Shaftesbury. She has sung at the Royal Albert Hall, with the London Symphony Orchestra, and for the Duke of Edinburgh at Windsor Castle.

As a soloist she is booked for the moments that need to be right: the walk down the aisle, the first dance, the moment in a gala evening where the room goes quiet. Her repertoire runs from Puccini and Mozart to Lloyd Webber, Gershwin, Bernstein and the great American songbook.

She works with a pianist, a backing track, a string quartet or a full orchestra — whatever your event and your budget support. And she will learn a specific song for your day if it matters to you.
